MaxPerformance Solutions is an employee training and development business that specializes in helping companies improve employee engagement, increase sales and productivity, and realize return on investment. As owners, John and Beverly DeWitt have a combined 64 years of operations and retail management experience.

MaxPerformance Solutions has partnered with 360 Solutions, a global company that has 25 years experience in employee training, business development and consulting, to provide our training materials. The curriculum used is written by PhD level authors and has been time tested. Our materials cover 23 programs that contain over 110, two to three hour modules. We teach timeless principles that are relevant, contemporary, and cutting edge. We are proud to present the very best in business principles, which will propel companies to increased performance.

Our curriculum is presented in four forms. We offer the Compass Program, which is our premier developmental program and includes 12 modules. This program will develop employees and managers that companies would fight to keep. Students will enroll in a 12-month program and attend one 3-hour session per month. Research indicates adult learners retain knowledge best when they receive that knowledge in smaller pieces and are allowed the opportunity to apply the new skill. Each month we build on that skill with yet another principle. This is the process of Spaced Repetition Learning.

Our second offering is our Sales Mastery Program. This program is also based on a 12-month enrollment that includes 12 modules. It will focus on sales, powers of persuasion and marketing techniques. This program will drive improved sales and retail performance for your sales force. This is an ideal curriculum for sales managers, sales staff, real estate professionals and the banking and insurance industries.

Third, we will offer Specialized, Focused Training opportunities, which can be presented exclusively to your organization. This program creates the opportunity for companies to hone in on, and fine tune processes that will ensure success. Selections can be made from any of our 23 programs and will be customized for your organization.

Finally, our comprehensive e-Learning Library provides a broad spectrum of online professional training for participants. Included in the courses offered are various end user and technical programs as well as business skills videos.
