Compass Program

The Compass Program will develop employees and managers that companies will fight to keep. Students will enroll in a 12-month program consisting of one 3-hour session per month. Research indicates adult learners retain knowledge best when they can receive that knowledge in smaller pieces and then be allowed the opportunity to apply the new skill. Each month we will build on that skill with yet another principle. This process is referred to as Spaced Repetition Learning. An investment in Compass is an investment in your people. Sales Mastery Program

The Sales Mastery Program is a 12-month enrollment that includes 12 modules taught during one 3-hour session per month. It will focus on sales, powers of persuasion and marketing techniques. This program will drive improved sales and retail performance for your sales force. This is an ideal curriculum for sales managers, sales staff, real estate professionals and the banking and insurance industries.
